Role Description This is a full-time on-site role in Pontiac, IL, for a Mortgage Loan Officer. The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for working with clients to determine their mortgage and banking needs, providing guidance on products and services, and managing the loan process from application to closing. Qualifications · Mortgage Industry and Mortgage Lending experience · Underwriting knowledge and experience · Excellent Customer Service skills · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills · Ability to work independently and as part of a team · Ability to communicate complex information to clients in an easily understandable manner · Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred but not required) · Experience with relevant software applications (i.e., Microsoft Office Suite, mortgage loan origination software)
